POE CARES

POE CARES (Pacific Office Equipment Computer Assessment Repair Enhancement Services) is our computer repair contract, available for personal, business and network.

The CARES program for personal computers starts at just $25 a month. It includes antivirus protection and unlimited walk-in labor, as well as an agent that monitors your computer for problems.

The first line of defense is a remote network management utility. This is a small, unobtrusive program that runs 24/7 in the background. It's smart enough to spots problems with your computer as they happen and try to fix them. If it can't fix the problem, it will contact our repair techs who will try to handle the problem remotely, with minimal inconvenience.

If you're needing a new computer, POE's sales staff will work with you to determine your needs, whether a laptop, smartphone, tablet, desktop or a full network system spread throughout multiple locations.

Our technicians can setup your new computer to your needs, do data transfers and setup your network.

POE carries a wide range of computer accessories: ethernet cables, routers, mice, keyboards, USB hubs and cables, thumb drives, speakers, UPS backup systems, surge protectors, external hard drives and much more.

Pacific Office Equipment is an authorized reseller of Canon printers and copiers. Some printers are multi-function, combining printing, scanning, faxing and more into one convenient system. Some have wireless capability, allowing you to print to the office from the road, either by laptop or smartphone.
